ITALY VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR TOURISM

SINDH & BALUCHISTAN APPLICANTS VISA REQUIREMENTS

1. Company covering letter on company letter head
2. Copy of CNIC
3. 3 clear recent picture passport size white background with border non glossy paper without glasses & scarf visible ear
4. Up to date personal bank statement of the last six months
5. Account Maintenance Certificate
6. 6 months salary slips or evidence
7. All previous passports (in case of lost attached FIR)
8. Passports must be valid for 6 months from the date of travel
9. Signature on 2^nd page of passport must required
10. Married Lady must submit full details of husband ID Card and Passport Copy with English translation Nikkah Nama / FRC with its English Translation issued by NADRA
11. If Married person is travelling alone without his family then he must submit English translation Nikkah Nama / FRC issued by NADRA
12. Employment certificate stating applicants position and duration of working
13. Visiting card copy and service card copy
14. For students a recent original letter from your school, college or university.

PUNJAB & KPK APPLICANTS VISA REQUIREMENTS

1. Copy of CNIC
2. 3 pictures white background photographs with border non glossy paper without glasses & scarf visible ear (size 35 x 45 mm)
3. Up to date personal bank statement of the last six months (2 bank statements required)
4. Account maintenance certificate
5. 6 months salary slips or evidence
6. All previous passports (in case of lost attached FIR)
7. Passports must be valid for 6 months from the date of travel
8. Signature on 2^nd page of passport must required
9. Employment certificate stating applicants position and duration of working
10. Visiting card copy and service card copy
11. National tax number certificate (NTN) for the previous two years and proof of income tax payment (FBR)
12. Original and photocopy of family registration certificate issued by NADRA (in English or with a certified translation if in Urdu)
13. Original and photocopy of marriage registration certificate issued by NADRA (in English or with a certified translation if in Urdu)
14. If you have been refused a visa by an embassy or high commission in the last two years, written explanation about reason for trip and refusal
15. For students a recent original letter from your school, college or university.
16. Applicants should go personally to the FedEx office for the submission
